Piff, this is a VERY interesting take on my situation. Something that really requires some more attention. It is true that there is a tremendous value in connecting with my family on a deeper level than the occasional Christmas visit. Getting back to my roots, community, etc. These are all valuable attributes of this “chosen” lifestyle. Thank you very much for your unique insight!
