I find it super bizarre and telling that one of your commenters — AND PEOPLE LIKED IT NO LESS — use this as an opprotunity to talk about the issues that men face in society today.

When women have a voice, like this one, well educated, beautifully illustrated, backed up with facts, it just simply is a sidebar to what is really the problem — what men are facing. Sometimes I feel like a lady could be talking about ANYTHING like “This apple is red”, and immediately, some dude somewhere across the universe will yell “ACTUALLY…”

All that to say, I really enjoyed this beautiful work. Having women find their voice and being vocal about what is wrong with the way we have all been socialized at such a young age is powerful and important. It’s a shame when people monopolize this very important space to talk about something else.

Yes, of course men are important, there is SO MUCH WORK TO BE DONE ACROSS THE BOARD NO ONE IS ARGUING THAT— but this comic isn’t about you, for once. Please, just listen for five minutes. That is all we are saying. For the love of God, please.

Anyway, much love. Please make more! I am a fan! ❤
